HIgh stress. Finished cs111 slides. So many last min changes. ive to do 108 soundtrack and 103 report by mon!
Sports camp comm photoshoot today at Sentosa.im red. Like totally sunburnt now. My face hurts and my shoulders hurt even more. i think i burn more easily now cuz ive been deprived of the sun for too long! even if i do my long runs ( big IF, its getting more seldom these days), its always at night. but instead of looking jaundiced, i now look like a cooked lobster. i think i prefer the former. weilian and acuvue were filming us trying to play soccer, volleyball and frisbee all at the same time! We kept taking jump shots, trying to synchronise all of us jumping together. Experimenting with different angles. Trying to fit all of us standing in one row holding SPORTS UNLIMITED SU14 in one photo. Taking photos of us in the sea. Videotaping short speeches for each of our individual portfolios. i wish i were a freshie again!
Oh and cafe del mar is tres chic.i want to go there again soon! sadly id ont think it'll be soon enough.
took quite a long nap when i got back. its strange, but lately ill almost always dream whenever i take afternoon naps. Had a really bizarre one again today. ive always wondered why we're able to remember certain dreams so vividly, almost to the exact detail, when others we almost instantly forget when we awake. My dreams also always contain random people from everywhere, like somehow my different groups of friends intermingle and all know one another. Dreams are also an expression of the subconscious. ive discovered that sometimes ill dream about what i desire subconsciously when im awake. i also tend to dream about the last person i talk to/interact with before i sleep. Like today, i was msging clarence about his party just before i slept, and i actually dreamt about him and we were all at his party!i remember tt waisan and jonk were in my dream too and a couple of other pple whom i cant remember. so rojak. i can remember another dream that i had last week, even till today! Dreamt of joey, ian, shirin and boons!hahaha i told boons about it and she said she wonders why she was even in the dream when she didnt even do anything.she was just a bystander but i could still remember her being in the dream.i also dunno why i dreamt of the 3 of them out of the blue, especially shirin whom i havent seen since ac prom!

Back in hall. Having a short break before tutorial starts.i need to buy a new alarm clock!!
im pretty stoked.The trip's actually gonna materialise!!!:) My parents are the best. They agreed to pay for my airfare! ive gotta cover the rest on my own though. And Sher's coming tooo!:):):)
The down side is that ive gotta cut short my trip. Theres CS senior's camp from the 3rd-5th. Wanted to leave straight after, but the rents think 2 weeks in hk is way too long, and they claim theres nothing to do there. Eating and shopping is a waste of time in their books.So ill be there from the 11th-19th!!
ive done a break down of how im gonna save up some cash, and its quite tragic. i cant spend more than $8 a day on wkdays while im in school.That includes lunch,dinner and supper. im gonna be working tonight too to earn extra moolah. Work's ending this week. its been quite fun and slack actually. One of the better jobs ive had thus far.
im a happy kid!:)

His grace is sufficient for me.
This week was another helluva hectic week. Finished 105 survey (high stress finding out that we did one part wrongly at 2-frickin-am, with only one other group member who was half awake,and having to redo the entire section), spending all Wed afternoon at bishan for 111 talking to animated old ladies over the phone, finished 103 presentation, finished MB102 presentation. Hours of editing after school on Friday.
Most of today was taken up by church commitments. But i trust that God will multiply the time i have left and increase productivity:). Was soo tired on my way back that i almost missed my busstop cuz i was sleeping on the bus. Wanted to run tonight after a 1/2 an hour nap, but ended up sleeping for 2 hours straight.When i woke up, it was 9pm and pitch dark outside.
Gargeband's pretty cool. My vocals sound better when i add the special effects heh. Thinking of whether to come up with an original soundtrack (minus vocals) for 108, but its quite time consuming. i dont have any fancy guitar pedals as well to create effects. We kinda want the film to end with a bang, and im thinking loud guitar riffs, or a guitar solo accompanied by a 3 piece band for the ending part. But i cant possibly do all that. Frustratingg. And my baby simon&patrick has a crack on its neck and its getting bigger the more i play!i dont think its repairable:(
During the deanery awards, kairu,estelle and i were talking about forming a CS band. yayy more jamming partners:)
Visited an ex schoolmate's blog and im impressed that hes improved so much musically/lyrically. hahah and he wrote a song for his gf who's my friend too.suh-weet. How nice to have a song written and played for you!And posted on public domain!ahaha but must have standard la. His band recently won some competition overseas too. That familiar frustration kicks in. My music's been on a standstill for quite some time. So much i want to do, so little time. i heard joyce from Cs is going to the US to pursue music, to do drums.Lucky!
Alrightt im going to sleep.again.hehh.Seems like once i get home, i jsut feel so comfortable that i feel like sleeping all the time. Hall's convenient, but i definitely miss the comforts of my own home and room. The haven where i can be in a world of my own. Ta.
